Up Early.
Why cant I fall back asleep today? I usually drop Cody off at work, then come home and sleep! But not today! Im kind of sad haha… Maybe its because he didnt have to be in until 7:45 today instead of the usual 6:20! So we both got a little extra sleep. Today is techinically his day off too. Gotta love that! Thank you Wyoming ANG! You are so wonderful to all your returning men. Pshhh… Im happy the part timers got more leave… and not Cody. LAME!
Anyways. I got home and I was STARVING AGAIN! JEEZEEE metabolism! You didnt work for years and now this!? Hahahaha… I had some wheat toastyyy and an orange. I had my toast first. And halfway through my orange I was full! But I ate it anyways. Its healthy and what, like 60 cals MAYBE!? So yum! And of course Im washing it all down with two huge glasses of the good stuff! Gotta love me some H2O! Yesterday I didnt drink as much water as I would have liked. I could have easily done more. So Im gonna make that my goal for this week.
I found this link yesterday too while talking to Kerstin. We were talking about how dumb the BMI thing is. Because you dont have the same body type or structure as anyone else. You are unique to your own body. So there is a way to get a better idea of what weight your body should be at. You can actually measure your bone structure of your body to determine if you are a small frame, medium frame, or large frame. You measure either from your elbow, or the circumference of your wrist. Ive always used the excuse that I was shaped bigger because I had a larger bone structure, but according to the measurements, IM A SMALL FRAME! Oh jeeeeeze!!! So that means I can be smaller than what I originally thought! AHH!!! Good and bad. Hahaha… But if I had a large frame, and I was trying to get to the weight category of a small frame person, I would look unhealthy! Because my frame would not be meant to support such little weight! I think today will be a good day. Its a bit chilly, but nice and sunny! Not that I have any plans haha…

Ok, wrist size makes me medium size and I should be between 139 and 153. So Im on track. Elbow size.. it took me a while to find both bones LMAO I was afraid I only had one for a while.. It’s off the chart on the low side so I must still be doing something wrong. Thanks for the links though. I hope you have a great weekend.

Wooo HOOO!! Congrats on your 2 lb LOSS!!! Feels great dosnt’ it??? I’m gonna go check out those sites, tho, I’m pretty sure I have a small frame. I’ve heard if (using your the thumb and middle finger on your right hand) around your rist your thumb and middle finger just touch, you are medium built, if they don’t even touch, you are big built, and if they overlap you are small built. That’s just what I’ve heard I dont’ know how true it is. Anyway, Congrats again…Here’s to YOU!
